The evening begins with Mozart’s luminous Fantasy in D minor, K. 397, followed by the cheerful Rondo in D major, K. 485, and the resonant Sonata in B-flat major, K. 570. After intermission, the program features selected pieces from Mendelssohn’s famous “Songs Without Words”—including the popular “Spring Song” and the heartfelt “Elegy.”

The concert concludes with Johann Sebastian Bach’s moving “Sheep May Safely Graze” from the Birthday Cantata—a musical moment full of warmth, peace, and hope.
