Chali 2na (Jurassic 5) & Live Band

Kaum jemand im Hip Hop hat so eine markante Bass-Stimme wie Chali 2na. Seit den 90ern zählt er zu den most credible Voices der Szene – bekannt geworden mit Jurassic 5, deren Tracks wie What's Golden, Concrete Schoolyard oder Quality Control heute zu den echten Hip-Hop Classics gehören.

Auch solo hat Chali 2na abgeliefert – mit Alben wie Fish Outta Water oder Instrumentality und Features mit Ozomatli, Blackalicious oder Krafty Kuts. Songs wie Comin’ Thru oder International zeigen, dass er weit mehr ist als nur Teil einer legendären Crew.

Am 16. Oktober 2025 kommt er zum ersten Mal mit Live-Band ins WUK nach Wien – Vienna stand up!

Place

WUK is a 12000-square-metre space of culture, workshops, and social gathering. Located in one of the biggest cultural centres of Europe, it is also at the intersection of artistic practice, labour, and political engagement. WUK offers a cultural space where one can contemplate, discuss, and explore. The former locomotive factory is now home to our four main program areas (music, theatre/dance, children's culture, arts at Kunsthalle Exnergasse:), 150 independent cultural groups and initiatives, and educational and advisory projects. WUK provides a venue as well as organizational support to those interested in art, politics, and social engagement. We offer various opportunities to get involved, including the use of the venue and organization support for social, artistic, or political projects. Active participation, self-management, and grassroots democracy form the basic philosophy of WUK. Our association is driven by our employees, friends, sponsors, artists, and visitors.
