This full-day tour takes you through the enchanting Danube Valley, where the river winds gently through one of Europe’s most stunning cultural landscapes. The Wachau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, captivates with its steep vineyards, charming villages, and historic landmarks lining the riverbanks.
Our first stop is the town of Dürnstein, renowned for its striking castle ruins perched high above the village. Here, history and nature blend in a remarkable way. Once the prison of King Richard the Lionheart of England, the ruins now offer spectacular views over the Danube Valley.
We then continue to Spitz, an idyllic town nestled in the heart of the Wachau.
