Producer Carlos J. López, who also conceived the original idea for the show, explains: “What makes FOREVER special is that it is not simply a tribute. Tribute shows are often smaller productions that merely attempt to reproduce an artist’s music and imitate them. Our show is different. Michael was a unique artist – he sang, danced, choreographed, and wrote songs. FOREVER is a concept in which seven singers, five musicians, and nine dancers bring Michael’s musical essence to life over two hours. The audience enjoys the show, gets carried away by the energy, dances along, and ultimately comes to understand Michael Jackson’s work and messages. It is a celebration – an experience built around Michael’s music.”
